MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOAN
Rv Dealers,Rv Hauler Companies,Custom Trailer and Motrhome Manufactuers et.al.

RVTruckloans.com recognizes that many companies are not listed in the NADA or Kelly Blue Book! Therefore RVTruckloans.com may use the venders "Label Name and or Trade Name" in conjunction with nationally know manfacutures names ie. ( Freightliner,Sterling,Ford, Etc.) RVTruckloans.com may use National Recognized Trade names to help establish the retail value of the conversion. RVTruckloans.com has written agreements with Recognized Companies to use trade names. If the manufactuer is not listed in the NADA or Kelly Blue Book and the venders agree to finance their conversion using RVTruckloans.com. The vender does not object to having thier "Lable Names and or Trade Name"used in conjunction with other nationally know manfacutures names ie. ( Freightliner,Sterling,Ford, and other Nationally Recognized Trade Names Etc.) in order to secure finaning for their customer!

Dealer Participation

Dealer Participation will be established in a written contract with each vender.RVTruckloans.com will fund Dealer Participation checks after 180 days of the closing date of the loan. E mail RVTruckloans.com at rvfinancing@gmail.com for a contract.

GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Monroe County, Florida, USA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
